The video starts getting faster and the audio stays normal. I've noticed a similar phenomenon on one episode of K-F's One Piece set (was it episode 232?) , and in their case it was only one file which had the issue and the rest were okay. It may indicate some subtle issue with encoding. Happens on the latest mplayer. I would have tried Perian but with an m4v container QuickTime doesn't allow third party code to even try to open the file, and sadly there is something in this .mp4 file which makes QT reject playing it.
